Man Had Drugs In His System At Time Of Fatal Crash

Spencer County deputies have arrested the man they believe caused the fatal crash over the weekend.

Angelo Rios was driving a 2001 Ford Explorer when he ran off the road into an embankment and rolled multiple times.

The victim, 66-year-old Neal Vaughan, was ejected from the SUV and killed.

Rios was arrested after meth and amphetamines were found in his blood.

He faces multiple charges.
