Yesterday, a Vanderburgh County Sheriff’s Deputy noticed a driver who appeared to be smoking marijuana while speeding.
A traffic stop was attempted but the deputy lost sight of the vehicle when it sped off.
Within minutes the driver was located with the assistance of the FLOCK camera network.
21-year-old Zachary Cox was picked up and taken to jail where he was evaluated for signs of impairment.
None were detected.
He was charged with resisting law enforcement, reckless driving, and driving on a suspended license.
